Bounded by – A chain of 6 Islands running East to West from South Beach to Downtown Miami connected by the Venetian Causeway

The Venetian Islands is one of Miami Beach’s most popular and desired residential neighborhoods. Found in South Beach, and right off of 17th Street and Lincoln Road, The Venetian Isles neighborhood is the one of the hottest area’s in Miami Beach. This chain of islands connects Miami Beach to Downtown Miami via The Venetian Causeway. It is a 2-lane road where cars must obey reduced speeds so it is the safest route and therefore the preferred route for runner’s, cyclist’s and rollerblader’s. One of the best things about the Venetian Isle’s, as the local’s call it, is that it truly is a neighborhood for the resident’s as there is no commercial or retail properties with the exception of The Standard Hotel.

The Eastern most island is called Belle Isle which is mainly made up of high-rise condo buildings and the popular Standard Hotel. The Condo Buildings are 3 Island Ave, 5 Island Ave, 9 Island Ave, 11 Island Ave (Costa Brava), 16 Island Ave, 20 island Ave and 10 Venetian Way, The Grand and the smallest one is 1 Century Lane (The Vistas) which is right next to The Standard.

The next 4 Islands are made of of single-family homes where you will find some of the most expensive and desired waterfront homes in all of Miami Beach. The islands are from East to West – Rivo Alto, Di Lido, San Marino and San Marco. The western most island is called Biscayne Island and it’s the only one that has both a mix of single family homes and condo buildings.

In recent years the Venetian Isles has seen some of the city’s most modern and ultra exclusive homes for sale. Therefore seeing a waterfront home sell for over $20 million is now common.
