In addition to working with local buyers and sellers, he and his team work advising High Net Worth clients (both Domestic and International) with all their real estate needs. With his vast experience over the years Jose is sought after as a consultant for clients on construction and development projects throughout Miami. Whether it’s the remodel of a 2 Bedroom condo or ground up development of a multi-family apartment building Jose is there to help his clients.

To provide the best service they work closely with a team of advisers including real estate attorneys, immigration attorneys, tax attorneys and CPA’s, and of course a handful of go to General Contractors to be able to assist clients with all of their real estate needs.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Jose spent a few years in investment advisory, even getting his Series 7 and 63 License. This training gave Jose the insight into how to be a Trusted Advisor to his clients, and not just another real estate agent. He takes the time to listen to each client and come up with the best solution to their needs/desires.
