Meet Jose

A True native of Florida – Born and raised in Miami, and 18 years experience as a real estate broker.

Over the last 18 years, through masterful negotiation, deal making and unparalleled customer service, Jose has earned a reputation as one of the most sought-after real estate professionals in Miami. Jose is committed to developing and nurturing relationships with his clients in order to achieve all of their real estate related needs, goals and desires.

With a Business Degree in Finance from Florida International University, and after working in investment advisory for a few years, I decided that my true passion was in real estate. The experience gained in the investment advisory business remains invaluable in assisting clients on the purchase and disposition of real estate and allows me to view this business through a different lens than most. You can say I am a Real Estate Agent, but I think of myself as a Real Estate Advisor.  You have to listen to your clients needs and come up with client-specific solutions and always put the client first. 

Even though Jose now works mostly with investors, developers, family offices and UHNW private clients he always takes the time to help a friend, family member or a referral when they need help buying ,selling or even leasing real estate in Miami and the surrounding areas. My passion is in helping people, especially when you realize that buying or selling a home is the largest financial transaction of most people's lives and the process is very intimidating for most.  I will always do my best to help as many people as possible so when someone reaches out for help it's my duty to be there for them.

Working with investors and developer/builders you see real estate from a different angle. Over the years I have been sharpening my axe on this side of the business. I truly enjoy being on the acquisition side of the business from the analyzing, researching, site selection, contract negotiating and coming up with creative solutions to arrive at a successful outcome. It's all about the relationship from the start and being able to talk things through.
