That is up 100% — the market doubled its transaction volume!

Waterfront Homes:
1st Quarter 2026 = 3.
2nd Quarter 2026 = 13.
The waterfront segment was essentially dormant to start the year. But woke up in the 2nd Quarter.
Non-Waterfront Homes:
1st Quarter 2026 = 10.
2nd Quarter 2026 = 13.
The non-waterfront segment increases 30% in Closed Sales.

Non-Waterfront:

The waterfront segment went from 3 closings in the 1st Quarter to 13 in the 2nd Quarter — and the non-waterfront median sold price hit $4,850,000.
